Kaki Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the kaki platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering an account or using any of the services provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the kaki platform, you agree to be bound by the full terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the kaki platform.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is therefore your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes currently in effect.
The kaki platform is available only to individuals aged 18 and above who are not prohibited by their local laws from using such services. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Use of the kaki platform by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. kaki reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of breaching this requirement.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the kaki platform. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account information up to date. kaki reserves the right to suspend access to any account found to contain false or misleading information.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. kaki will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any unofficial channel.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact customer support via your account dashboard.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using automated software, bots, or tools to access the platform
- Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with platform systems
- Using another person's account or registering on behalf of someone else
- Any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
Account Suspension & Closure
Kaki reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of false information, or at the user's own request.
In cases of suspension due to a breach, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. The final decision regarding the account balance will depend on the outcome of that investigation.
3. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the kaki platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX via local Malaysian banks, and direct bank transfer. Available payment methods may change from time to time at the platform's operational discretion.
Completed deposits cannot be reversed except under circumstances specified by platform policy. Deposit processing times vary by method — TNG eWallet is typically processed within minutes, while bank transfers may take up to one business day.
Withdrawal of winnings will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once the request has been received and verified. kaki reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes before approving any fund transfer.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their bank account or e-wallet details are accurate. kaki is not liable for any delays or failed transfers resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

4. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Kaki Liability Limits
The kaki platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. kaki is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical service disruptions, data loss, or any internet connectivity issues.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kaki platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of kaki and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The kaki platform may contain links or references to third-party services. kaki does not control the content or privacy practices of those third parties and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of such services. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
5. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Changes to These Terms
Kaki reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page, along with the most recent update date. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically.
Material changes may be communicated to users via a notice in the account dashboard or to the registered email address. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
